Distributed Information Systems for Data Acquisition DAQ and XML:  turning Data into Knowledge


    We provide also development of web based applications, in particular a standardized web interface to facilitate the operation of heterogeneous and distributed data acquisition systems.  


    BusLab : Modular Data Acquisition Environment based on LabView, National Instrument, developed for CERN MicroElectronic group.
    XML is used for system control and data formatting.

    The modularity of BusLab allows to run identical test-module on

      • Wafer tests on automatic probe station
            • Probe positioning
            • Xray
            • Temperature cycling
            • Video display
      • Packaged chips on custom made test board
